Refund Policy For Digital Download Purchases

In regards to the nature of digital downloads, because there is no physical product to be delivered to you or received by you, once you pay for a digital product and downloaded it, there will be no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So if you didn't download your purchased digital product completely, you will be provided a number of download attempts. You will also have a finite amount of time to download before access expires.

So before you request a chargeback from our payment processor or cancel your order, feel free to e-mail me at chongchen@eastfist.com so that we can solve the problem in a reasonable way. Again, because you purchased a digital product, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

Download Attempts

After you have purchased a digital download, you will be allotted a certain number of download attempts. You must successfully download your purchased digital files within the allotted attempts limit.

Download Access Expiration Date

After you have purchased a digital download, you must download your digital files within the access dates before it expires. Once the access date expires, you will not be able to download your purchased files anymore, not even if you have some download attempts remaining.
