Do not disrupt this website or services which includes hacking, phishing, DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, cyber fraud, impersonation, etc. In doing so, we may terminate your account without notice.
You will not claim to be a representative, affiliate, agent of the website or its owner(s), maintainers, webhosting services and its affiliates and therefore do not speak on their behalf regarding legal issues or reputation or quality of technical services, etc. You can only claim to be a member of the website which you voluntarily registered for.

Issues/Conflict Resolution

If your issue is in regards to refunds of digital products you purchased from us, please read and fully understand our refund policy. Termination of Services
You agree that we may terminate your account and services for any reason without any notice. This includes loss of services or data due to technical issues that may not be a direct cause of human intervention. If you feel your services were wrongly terminated, please contact me at chongchen@eastfist.com in a reasonable manner to resolve it in a reasonable way.

Reasonable Activity/Behavior
Being reasonable just means in behaving and responding to issues, and the way this website and services is operated, in a way a reasonable and sound-minded person would. It doesn't mean you and I are robots, but we are all just human. Please keep this in mind.
